DVD Chief Template Engine for Delphi XE/XE2/XE3

DVD Chief Template Engine is a template engine for Delphi XE/XE2/XE3. It used in our DVD Chief product to create a html data layout and for html export. Due to lack of template engines for Delphi we decide to share our code with Delphi community.
