Before requesting customer support, please check out the Help Manual of the program you are using. Also, we strongly recommend that you go to DVD Chief Forum.

The Support Forum has some additional advantages over email, you can discuss common issues with other users, and you can search through available public discussions.

Please provide the following info:

  • Product version (see the "About" dialog)
  • Windows version (including service packs and other installed fixes or patches), US or International
  • Computer information: CPU type and rate, RAM
  • Problem description (as detailed as possible so we can reproduce the problem)
